Look at ancient Rome and Greece… everyone wore long flowing gowns (robes, whatever). I swear Tip does it just to be annoying.
My impression has been he appreciates haute couture fashion, finds greater variety for females in our culture and avoids masculine elegance simply because it boosts his superpower too much. In short, he’s actually exercising restraint!
