For bees or other small, eusocial creatures, you need something with an area effect to quell the swarm. Gas cloud, fire, vacuum, concussion wave, or something that shoots highly concentrated chilling agents in a cone, like a CO2 fire extinguisher or a can of WD-40 with the straw removed.

So… we knew that Gavotte and Mr. Green were in cahoots, but this implies that she was actually working against him. And if she was empowering Team Skin Horse while also helping to free H.T., what does that mean? Is she trying to both prevent and prepare for the New War?
Perhaps she wanted to accelerate HT’s plan because she knew that at this point any action he could take would be underprepared or undermanned. A government agency made up of NHSes taking down a small group of NHS separatists would show that they don’t present a threat to the current paradigm. Think of it like the same kind of false flag operation that the CIA gets accused of, except to stabilize the political situation instead of destabilize it.

Me, too. Tip’s primary reason for being nervous around Gavotte is because he is allergic to bees. Given that, it’s kind of hard to blame him.
