I meant to say this last weak: I don’t know the terms “logging” and “declare”, the tigers claws aren’t technically long enough to make a wound that makes that much blood, and why do they have cleanig bills?
Logging: Writing down, as in a log or other record.
Declare: In this context, reporting to the government income or expenses for income tax.
Claws don’t have to be too long if HT knows the anatomy of his victim well enough to hit a major artery.
They have cleaning bills because of the Rule of Funny. ^_^
(Also to get rid of the blood before the hippies come to spring them. It might have made it more difficult to convince them if they had seen or smelled it)

Giant Panda males only reach about 4 foot at the shoulder and 6 foot in length, top weight usually about 250 pounds, females being a little shorter and only reaching weights about 200-220 pounds, so a Tazer should still work really well on one. Of course Lim-Lim isn’t a standard Giant Panda and may have extra bulk or a boosted metabolism that could resist the effects of large electric shocks on his system.
