Typical sane scientist, dismissing things that don’t make sense…

Typical borderline spark, doing both when drama requires

“sane scientist”. Now you are REALLY talking about impossible things

    Jonah’s wrench!

That’s not big enough to be Jonah’s wrench, I think it’s just Virginia’s robot-fixing equipment. The swamp usually isn’t that subtle, but Alfie might be onto something….

That’s what I thought a while back, but it’s just Shaenon’s way of drawing a wrench. Still think it kinda looks like a small lobster.
On another note, this is the first time I’ve ever seen the contraction “adults’re”. Cutting edge grammar!

Oh, aloescents are quite innovative with grammar. A group of friends an I invented spivak pronouns… only to find out they already existed when we told our English teacher about it

They do that sometimes when she’s annoyed or embarrassed. Occasionally at moments of extreme scienceness, too. One of her colleagues is probably observing this phenomenom with a view to weaponisation.

      • Sir William (uh definitely not a dark government agent or a spark...)

The weaponization potential was dismissed due to lack of destructive effects
        Marketing has some potential though
        ….
Uh that is the rumer anyway….
        …
Is that a demonic duck of some sort?

Ignore and threaten you? One day, Alfie, you should show them what you can do. You should show them all! Unfortunately Virginia seems to be more receptive to psychological breakthroughs at the moment.

Uh-oh. Looks like the “jersey devil” dropped his wrench. He’s been so protective of that wrench so far!

Isn’t that “The Wrench” from the Jonah Yu and Nera sequence?

The dwarves were right! The trees are coming after us! No wonder they can’t see them coming, they have a whole forest to hide in!
