Okay, I can’t take not commenting anymore in light of the fact that no one pointed out the George Clinton, Mother Ship Connection album cover reference.
Man, I really hate that fridge. If anyone says or does anything negative to you or members of your group, they must be “prejudiced”. I swear, I don’t ever want to be that guy.
…Except that they LITERALLY prejudged the fridge, in assuming it couldn’t talk.
Look at it from the fridge’s perspective: It was called in to act as a negotiator in a labor dispute, expecting to receive a public, contrite apology and nothing more (the apology is literally the only strike demand they made). Instead, it finds the opposing negotiators are violent, ill-mannered, and make assumptions based solely on appearance. What’s more, the mediator, who’s supposed to be impartial, appears to be using manipulative techniques instead of proper negotiation to get them what they want, thereby weakening and defaming their union in the long run, and providing grounds for further persecution.
The fridge is making assumptions, but based on the information it has on hand, they’re very valid assumptions that, were I in its position, I myself would make.
IMO, the fridge is the most grounded character in this whole negotiation, and you can’t really blame it for getting pissed off.

Thanks for noticing. 🙂

Since the fridge is the only thing plugged into a wall socket, of COURSE it’s grounded!
This action officially demotes Tigerlily Jones in my personal character rankings.
