Her outfit reminds me of the superhero from “The Secrets Of Isis”, a 1974 Saturday Morning TV show (my very first TV crush). Fun fact: she was the first female superhero to have her own live-action TV show (she beat out Linda Carter’s Wonder Woman by almost a year).
Ideally, either the Bannerbot sweeps up after itself, or one of the recyclebots sweeps it up and returns it to confetti storage, from which the Bannerbot replenishes its stores.

I think the ‘smoke rises’ bit was omitted in the film, but the rest was there.
