“I’mo punch through”: ah, this answers my question about whether she develops an English accent when she brains up. Now, how does she know about the 1991 Hulk?
I believe her brains are at least partially cloned from Mel Kelly? Her memories, on the other hand, appear to be more-or-less in line with a stereotypical slacker of her apparent age.
Answers the question as in “yes she does” or “no she doesn’t”?
Why would she spontaneously change accents for a mental upgrade anyway, let alone to one of the countless scores of accents in this country?
You’d be amazed what a couple of millennia of people generally not talking to anyone outside their personal town / village / whatever can do for the full range of accents in a country like this.
(Based on “Dead Man’s Chest” by Robert Louis Stevenson, later expanded by Allison & Waller)
Violet Bee on the dead man’s switch … (WHAM WHAM WHAM and a bucket o’ brains!)
Rest of her team, she’s gonna ditch … (WHAM WHAM WHAM and a bucket o’ brains!)
Now Unity’s both smart and strong,
Though it wears off before too long …
And Nick thinks this is just plain wrong!
She’s like Smart Hulk
From ’91,
Or Secret Wars
(Yeah, that was fun)
Nick’s not okay that he’s turned on! (WHAM WHAM WHAM and a bucket o’ brains!)
I think she’s more like the David-run fusion personality. Bruce Banner at the controls of the Green Hulk body just wasn’t as much fun, and was getting pretty stressed out toward the end.

Obviously, the synthesized brains are those of comic book nerds, the highest form of life.
I didn’t think about it until now, but… Dr. Lee could have created those brains based on a specific brain she is familiar with, couldn’t she?

How is the rest of the team supposed to beat Violet?
The only thing I see working is one of the humans seducing her while the others be useless. Maybe Sergio will drug Tip for her?
Do we actually know what her combat capabilities are?

Of course it’s not okay! Do you know what happens when you turn a helicopter on? It flies away!
Except of course, she said “alternately” when she meant “alternatively” 🙂
