I think this is my cameo! Is it? Because I’d like to think I talk this way (although I’d probably say “giveth-ing” for the sake of clarity. Anyway, if it’s me, dibs on buying the strip. Nuce outfit, too.
We were there, at the Emperor’s conference,
When the meeting just went down the drain!
I discovered, there’s a fellow who was once dead,
He’s now dead again!
And then we all started screaming, (panicky running ’round!)
The zombies soon will be teeming! (nasty s*** going down!)
But the Emperor’s subjects …
Are dying and
Un-dying and
Re-dying ’til
They’re gone!
They say the world giveth,
And taketh once more …
It taketh, and it giveth, what a bore!
In response to Jim Baerg — It looks like all of WebComicsNation is gone. Ever since Joey Manley sold it a couple of years ago, the service has deteriorated. As of last Friday, it seems the new owners just pulled the plug. (This includes the entire Narbonic archives.)
Well, crap and double crap! Have you WCN artists had a chance to figure out what you can do? Too much good work to lose, not to mention that it’s your intellectual property.
“So, does that make him re-undead, or un-re-dead, or some kind of undead… times TWO?”
I know, I know, zombies =/= vampires. But I refuse to pass up a chance to quote “Bite Me”. It is the best French Revolution, vampire farce webcomic ever.
Wash and repeat (to get some of the ooze off).
She needs to replace that “Shloop” with a “Glurch,” for accuracy’s sake.
Re-Dead? This could be bad, he might do what re-dead usually do to protagonists and start clinging in a suspiciously sexual manner while moaning
Unless they just do that to Link.
“Givething” is my new favorite verb.
Your new favorite gerund, to be excruciatingly pedantic. 🙂
And now, having re, RE-disposed of the monster, our hero(?) exits, stage left.

“Nuce,” of course, being a portmanteau for “nice” and “puce.”

I have grey hair in a bob, yo
I have glasses ‘oer my eyes
I think this may be my cameo
May be my Kickstarter prize
Just in case it’s not me,
But some other grey-haired hottie
Here’s your cameo surprise!
Shouldn’t there be a ponytail then? Or is your avatar non-representative?
My avatar is Little My, from Tove Jansson’s Moomintroll stories. The only representative part is the attitude.
At first glance–before I read any of the dialogue–it looked like Tip was paying a holiday visit to his mother (or maybe his father?).
Now is the opportunity for someone better than me at it to filk some classic early-90s three-part female rap.

Hey Eddurd: what happened to “Everyday Heros”. When I click on my bookmark for it I get “webpage cannot be found”.

Sheeet. Besides the up-front damage, that’s going to hurt the webcomics community as a whole, by highlighting the unreliability of such sites.
I have the same concern as Sean Duggan. Are the Everyday Heroes strips backed up, hopefully to be relocated to another server when time permits?
“So, does that make him re-undead, or un-re-dead, or some kind of undead… times TWO?”

French Revolution? I thought it was set in modern-day California (well, not so modern that it doesn’t include The Emperor and his dogs).
I refer to this comic. http://skin-horse.com/comic/skin-horse-2/
That was a reply to K. Willsen. That’s the first time the Reply thing didn’t work for me… I was beginning to think that happened only to other people.
There is a difference between seeing something and describing it clearly.
Eek. Do you have an offline backup of the strips such that you may be able to relocate to somewhere else?
And my above comment should be to Eddurd. *sigh*
Yeah, having lived long enough now, I can say that’s pretty accurate.
