Surely they couldn’t have consumed ALL of the biomass in Breezewood!!!!

I mean, do all of the gas stations and fast food places count as biomass? XD

The buildings, no. The snacks and offerings available, . . . well, still no.

Well, the theory is that fossil fuels used to be biomass. Perhaps H. T. can tap into some of the coal seams…

OK, this went in an unexpected direction.

Now the brave bio-tiger and semi-plant man start truckin’ toward Kansas.

      But what happened to Daphne?

The sheer success of the biomass so far is pretty horrific to think about, how has the reality blind population even reacted to it spreading to this extent? At least those consumed might not be quite dead, but they’re in a very different state of being that there may be no reversing anyways. I wonder how things will turn out for them in the aftermath.

They probably just think the Centralia fire spread out of control or something.

Did Ira sneak a teleporter into that can? I don’t think we’re in Pennsylvania anymore!

Conning the plant monster into teleporting itself into the arctic or antarctic just before sundown would be a pretty brilliant move. Nuclear devices are generally detonated a hundred feet in the air, anyway, it shouldn’t have been hanging out on the ground. Could they have guessed that some core intelligence would confront the threat directly?

Eh, probably not. So long Philly! Thanks for cheesesteaks.

Looking back, it was delivered by a ground team, so probably a SADM (backpack nuke) which is intended to be delivered at ground level.

Yes, but how is the limit of bee sting powers to it?

As for the Biomass…looks like H. T. is it now.

“The trouble with indiscriminate predation is that sooner or later you run out of other peoples’ biomass”. 🙂

There couldn’t have been that much natural biomass in Pittsburgh anyway.

No more than a bee-sting, but nasty. The void that they’re in is so vast-y. They ate Pennsylvania to ease H. T.’s mania, but now they’ve come short Biomass-ty.

Nope. Way too much still unresolved.

For example, we haven’t seen Ira wake up, as if from a long dream, buried to his neck in cow dung in a field in Kansas.
