I honestly started wondering about how many times she’s probably shot him like that and figured he was immune to it by now.

I don’t recall ever seeing anything about his lineage. But he does resemble Titus.

One has to wonder about the circumstances that allow Echo Bravo to know what it feels like to be punched by a rototiller.
Was he in hand-to-tine combat with a sentient rototiller, and he lost, perhaps?
