TOS will always be my favorite too, Robert. But I found it interesting how each successor struggled so hard to “distinguish” itself as ever more grimdark yet eventually was dragged kicking and screaming back towards the optimistic viewpoint of humanity’s future from the 1960s era.

Your words being capitalized, I looked upon the film title it ought to be…vaguely thinking it’d be that Spielberg spieling with Truffaut thing (remember I have to translate any work title I met before being able to speak enough english in order to be sure it’s the same I have in mind)…and I’ve actually seen that one and it was amazing, even if not much to do with the comics, so thank you D. for making me remembering anthropology rather than science-fiction !

Watching that made me realize how much I liked The Original Series…and how little I liked anything that came after.
