Dead Thumbnails
Shaenon: This storyline started as an excuse for me to write Tip/Artie/Dr. Lee scenes, so some of those thumbnails are pretty old. Then I thought of Zombie Emperor Norton!
Channing: I don’t think it was until this calendar year that the actual plot of this storyline was anything other than Something About Zombies Going On, but damnit, we knew it had Artie and Tip and Lee in it.

Well, we seem well-focused, although we’re not,
‘Cause we get a concept but without a plot!
We rack our brains just to figure out a story line,
Some kind of story line!
We sorta-kinda knew what we’d like to do,
But we had to sit down and think it through …
It’s Tip and Artie and Lee,
And something with zombies!
Well, my mind kept spinning ’til it nearly burst,
And the strain showed on my face …
Then I thought of Emperor Norton the First,
And it all fell into place!
Now we had a story, it was all so clear!
So I drew the sketches that you’re seeing here …
Tip and Artie and Lee,
And something with zombies!
