I just realized that I’ve only been giving you guys negative criticism when it comes up so I just gotta say that these comics have been making me chuckle to myself, chuckle only because I’m a pretty mellow guy.
The differences in his posture between the third and fourth panel are miniscule, but very expressive. Proving once again that Shaenon is a genius for portraying character, and is born to cartoon.
About Aimee’s World Pavane’s curious. Community decked out luxurious. Baron M. plays around, but Merc shot him down, so naturally the next rhyme is “furious.”
I appreciate Baron’s optimism. Don’t let the boundaries of your romantic aspirations be set by some persnickety marsupial who basically married a version of himself!

Gotta love Baron’s optimism.
I’m not sure if “optimism” is the right term here . . .
Mercutio’s adorable little expression in the last panel is fantastic. Somewhere between concern and disgust.
I still love the little opossums and their outfits.
His whole progression of expressions is fantastic, tbh. From excitement to confused disgust as he experiences conversation with Baron Mistycorn.
That’s a common progression when talking to the Baron for the first time.

To quote the titular character of Sequential Art, “That’s a whole new world of sad.”
In a weird way, one must admire Baron’s persistence.
There’s a fine line between persistence and delusion. I think Baron’s actions in Vegas/Virtual Vegas show what side of the line he’s currently on.
Fair
Once again, Baron M. strikes out before coming up to bat.

How did ‘swarm of bees’ gave the Baron hope? I love the look of incredulity on the MSO’s face in the last panel.
I don’t know, but more than that I don’t think I WANT to know…
“I’ve seen internet fetishes you people wouldn’t believe.”
Isn’t a swarm of bees already constantly “clowning”?
Clouding?
Let us never find out what happens if any of Pavane encounters Faygo.
(Still gleeful over the possums here)
Tony and Mercutio are probably my favorite characters in Skin Horse. So happy they’re back!
I appreciate Baron’s optimism. Don’t let the boundaries of your romantic aspirations be set by some persnickety marsupial who basically married a version of himself!
Woo late to the party on this reveal but THE POSSUMS ARE BACK. i did not expect this. what a turn of events!
I didn’t know what ‘down to clown’ might mean.
Then I considered that it was the Baron saying it, and now I know. It’s like the opposite of Nick’s late lamented swearword filter.
