This is A-Sig we’re talking about. They probably have nanobots throughout his body monitoring his vital signs, consciousness, etc. They would know immediately that he was knocked on the head by a blunt object. They’re just calling to confirm that their readings are correct.
For it to be truly “implausible” I’d think they’d have to know more specifically that he’d been bludgeoned with a can of nerve gas, just getting knocked out with a blunt instrument isn’t exactly implausible.
“Echo Bravo, our readings indicate a petite young woman has conked you over the head with a large cylinder full of nerve gas. Please advise that Docor Lee should knock it off”.
