Animal Sketches Not Even for “Future”
Shaenon: While working on animal drawings for this storyline, I came across these old sketches I did some years ago. These meant something once, I swear.
Channing: This looks a bit like a pitch for a hypothetical webcomic about adorable children and their adorable animals. Okay, who else immediately thought of the part in the Infocom-era text adventure game “Stationfall” where you have to lead an ostrich around on a harness when you saw the ostrich in this picture? Show of hands!
…just me, huh?
Why do I NOT remember an ostrich in Stationfall?
Am I gonna hafta go play those all over again?
