It’s a Ramos gin fizz. It’s a pain in the ass and any bartender who doesn’t specialize in making them will hate you for ordering one.
2 oz. gin
1/2 oz. heavy cream
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. lime juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup
3 dashes orange flower water
1 egg white
club soda
Put everything except the soda in a 3 piece shaker without ice (a Boston shaker won’t seal if it’s not cold) and shake vigorously for no less than 2 minutes. Fill with ice and shake again until cold. Strain into a Collins glass and top with soda water.
You could leave out the soda and serve it over ice in a rocks glass. In that case it’;s called a flip.
I’m honestly surprised that Tip knows things about Toho kaiju movies. On the other hand, I’m not surprised if the reason for that is fanboy mad scientists recreating said kaiju.
Deep fried pickles are awesome
Gin and soda water and flower water? Gin and flowery soda water? (I hate soda water, so meh.)
But DEEP-FRIED PICKLES! I want to go on a date with Tip there.

He does have a hidden nerdy side.
