What’s the point of being a kneejerk contrarian about the informed attributes of fictional characters? Seriously, dude, you’re like this on practically every other strip in the archive (including sniffily insisting that New Orleans isn’t really “down south”; what the hell, dude)
What’s the point of posting comments at all? Personally, SotiCoto’s the only one I see here (after early comments got deleted) actually making the comments section worthwhile, having something to say beyond chiming in with a ten-thousandth comment of “Unity’s so tough” or “Sweetheart’s so cute” or “oh emm gee this strip rocks” or all the other milquetoast social reinforcement circle-jerk nonsense.
In this case, yeah he was wrong, but at least he actually had something resembling a personal train of thought going.
Depends partly on the mythology and partly on the type of werewolf and vampire you’re referring to. In European mythology during the Middle Ages, for example, someone who used sorcery to change themself into a werewolf would become a vampire after death, and have to be killed a second time by a vampire hunter, witch hunter, or dhampyr.
This being Skin Horse, I would say that they’re not incompatible if it’s dramatically appropriate or just really funny.
… Well, a zombie would think that.
By living standards, Tip’s hair is awful.

I feel like if you went any further south you would end up in the sea.
He was a werewolf for a day or so. I think that’s mutually exclusive with vampirism.

Wow, New Orleans really does skew the needle on the weird-o-meter.
@Zarpaulus: Part of me really hopes you are wrong.
Not as badly as some places do, trust me.
Like I said, some werewolves can become vampires after death, depending on type of were and vamp, so you never can tell…
Maybe a different kind of vamp…
