Finding someone to talk to the murder forest who wants them dead or burning the place to ash while praying for the best… I could see how nukes were a close second until Tip who had friendly relationship with the Cypress was a close one… Especially after the fallout between both parties as Tip might not work with them simply not trusting them to keep their word or do something worse.
The only reason for Tip to cooperate – and why he probably will – is because he’s a nice guy who doesn’t like unnecessary killing. He won’t do it because Ira is asking him to. He’ll do it to save the Cypress.
Or save folks from Cypress. Either way. Debatable whether that part’s a positive outcome for some of the anasigma personnel, but y’know. Sometimes you have to accept a reduction in collateral damage to get what you want.
OK. Now I want a “Mr. Ask” app where a skull (human by default but selectable) displays answers in its eye sockets when you shake it as random Trump tweets!
Less radiation, more razor carrots. Swings and roundabouts.
I don’t think radiation works the same way in Skin Horse that it does in our universe, anyway. Having seen the irradiator at work, I picture a nuclear bomb as being a bit more like https://www.oglaf.com/siege/ (don’t worry about the warning – there’s nothing on this page to worry an employer who doesn’t mind you reading comics at your desk).
Tip has been shown to change dresses while remaining in handcuffs. Removing a collar, exploding or not, would not be a challenge for him. He may even leave the collar with (read: on) Mr. Green as he goes out.
AAAAHHH I’ve been binge reading this from the start over a couple weeks, and now I’m catching up to the recent ones! *PANIC* I _so_ hope you’re future aliens and will have done strips for the next couple of years already. O.O … I’ll continue panicking whilst reading, now.

Well yeah, Ira is exploiting Tip’s fundamental decency because he sees it as a weakness.

Let me be the first to say I would buy this product if it were available.
I think ‘Mr. Ask’ will look mighty good in a cummerbund and evening jacket, draped from a tree. Yup. He should go talk to Mamma Swamp.
OK, I’ll bite. What did Mr. Ask do to deserve that when he’s giving the same advice as Tip in spite of being scared of Ira? o_O
I just want to know where Mr Ask materialised from. He’s certainly doesn’t seem to be dressed for golf.
On another note, there are worse things they could do than use nukes on whatever’s left of Carbondale. They could send Unity in.
Unity isn’t likely – well, not as likely – to leave high levels of radiation in her wake.

And this is the part where Tip the hero teams up with the Cypress to escape, fight against Ira, or both.
Which is why if Ira’s smart, he’ll put an exploding collar on him or something.
Tip has been shown to change dresses while remaining in handcuffs. Removing a collar, exploding or not, would not be a challenge for him. He may even leave the collar with (read: on) Mr. Green as he goes out.
“All prisoners of Castle Heterodyne are fitted with an exploding collar. The fools! My head is the LEAST dangerous part of my body!”
Would’a thought that would be a coinflip…
Ok, now it makes sense.
Is—is that the Resolute Desk? Is the one in the Oval Office a replica?
Nah. Its most recent appearance in “Skin Horse” is here: http://skin-horse.com/comic/2019-06-23/#comments
Side note, Green is addressing Wilikin by his rank. I assume that’s deliberate to establish authority, but it’s a nice touch.
After bouncing from holding cell to holding cell, with conditioner made out of gruel, Tip must be pretty rank…
“I rock paper scissored it.”
I am beginning to think Ira might have gone to the same school as Dr. Evil.
Alternatively, he may have spent just a little too much time at the Institute himself.
