I think David B Huber’s ref supports the idea that, although Tip appears more “human” than many of the Skin Horse team, he is, in fact, a metahuman, or transhuman, or whatever. I’m pretty sure Mr. Green’s goons are not going to win this skirmish.
I highly doubt they will successfully stomp Tip’s head. Tip might cry out in pain if Ira’s goons stomped Tip’s hat, but they will not not successfully stomp in Tip’s head. Some heads may be getting stomped, though.

I’m pretty sure that Tip has more than one superpower. Whether Ira has forgotten about the other, less obvious ones, is an open question.
