In general, people are attracted to people who are fit, healthy, self-assured, and socially dominant over their competitors. There is no magic bullet. There is no specific mix and gender and clothing which is superior to any other.
Tip is attractive because he does something he wants to do *because he wants to do it*, while knowing it is sometimes frowned upon or seen as foolish, and he doesn’t let that stop him from being successful, respected, and well-integrated into society.
In other words, it’s not the cross-dressing that makes him attractive, it’s the social skills and emotional strength he has which allow him to make that work in his favour rather than against him.
Also, he’s naturally good-looking, and unfortunately people in general are still a bit shallow about that sort of thing.
