You probably can. Notarizing is mostly about “were these people actually here and actually agreeing to it”, not so much “does the notary or anyone else agree with the contents of the contract”.
Mind, that means that technically you can only get a notarized statement saying “so-and-so SAID that only true statements can be notarized”, but you can make it look as official as you want.
Just thought I’d point out a current slightly relevant-to-Footface sequence in Sequential Art, another of my favorite webcomics. It’s late, but so is Footface. Starts here: https://www.collectedcurios.com/sequentialart.php?s=1157
XKCD was my gateway drug for the land of online comics about 8 years ago, then Questionable Content, then the history gets a bit muddled. Skin Horse was one of the first half dozen or so that I got hooked on, which naturally led me to Li’l Mell and Narbonic, along with some of your other projects.
Three weeks ago I finished my 4th or 5th full length archive dive on Skin Horse, and I keep finding new details (and foreshadowing) that I missed on the previous reads. It’s been a great ride all around, thank you for putting out such a great and far reaching story.
OMG! Thanks! I had thought Phil had stopped updating over a year ago. Turns out my link changed to the last strip I saw and I thought that was a link to the “current” page. I gots some readin’ to do.
Sweetheart decided, right or wrong, that it’s Pavane. Presumably they’re leaving to find her because even though it’s happening there they can’t really do anything about it on the island. Only at the source.
Then again, there were several people who 6 or 7 years ago had suspected rather strongly that Ira was Mr. Green, and that turned out to be right, so we might actually be right this time too.
U.N.I.T.Y.’s comment, if not heard without proper context, would seem rather odd – if not worrisome on some level. One begins to see the Queen’s point about distancing her people from Skin Horse. Pity that they’re all going to need the team soon.
I remember her notary training. Great storyline.
I have a notarized statement certifying that only true statements can be notarized.
(I don’t really. Though now I’m tempted to see if I can get one for real.)
Also, this seems like a good time to remind the world of my lasting contribution to society.
I am not just the first, I am the only person who can honestly write this sentence.
Are those statements notarized?

I hadn’t made the connection, but read enough webcomics and weird connections pop up all the time!
An interesting parallel although that “abomination” appears to be self assembled rather than created by a third party.
The denizens described its origin a few strips back, even though Kat failed to understand them.
Is there anyone else who, on seeing _small in a URL, replaces it with _large to see what it does?
Aaaaaannnd, after scanning the last 20 or so strips and finding them quite good, now I have yet another series to binge my way through…
Thanks, I guess?
Hooray!
Yep, from one great web comic I’m led to another!

Unity’s pose is kinda cute in panel 4. All she needs now are puppy… I shouldn’t finish that sentence.
As long as she’s judicious about where she gets them it should be okay.
Perhaps someone could teach her the Ogden Edsl song…
Considering who Unity’s girlfriend is, I doubt she’d appreciate the humor. And I’m certain that Sweetheart wouldn’t like it.
Somebody’s not getting enough attagirls.
But they still haven’t solved the “I’m coming for you!” dream mystery…
Sweetheart decided, right or wrong, that it’s Pavane. Presumably they’re leaving to find her because even though it’s happening there they can’t really do anything about it on the island. Only at the source.
So did the entire comments section. That’s because it’s Pavane. We recognize those goals.
We all figured it out long before Sweetheart did. Which, of course, increases the likelihood that we’re all wrong.
Then again, there were several people who 6 or 7 years ago had suspected rather strongly that Ira was Mr. Green, and that turned out to be right, so we might actually be right this time too.
If Unity makes a good point, it’s time to pull her finger out of the pencil sharpener.
