      Assuming that the cover ups are in some way related to the phrases they’re covering up, my best guess is that “love chunks” is covering up “stitch-t**s.” Would that be considered a callback to her new boobs?

      I can reasonably translate most of Nick’s cover ups, but I still don’t know what exactly “turtle-chewing lugnuts” is supposed to be.

        Oh come on. The rhythm of the phrase makes it obvious. “Turtle” is mother, “chewing” is a word that begins with an F that is also a gerund, and “lugnuts” is a certain opening in the anatomy that serves to expel solid waste. Two of them.
