There was a running joke with my friends that ‘Pete and Pete’ did not exist. We mainly did it to wind up someone who loved the show. This sort of alternate universe shenanigans will not help her case.
Oh wait, I just IMDb’d the show, and I see they have an Artie. I thought you meant Narbonic/Skin Horse Artie. My bad. I have to say, I’m amused by the concept of little Toby Huss as the strongest man in the world!
In the name of every sci-fi show canceled by it’s tv network half way through it’s first season I would TOTALLY abuse this power, then post them on the Internet.
I was shocked and horrified to find the first two Avengers movies were directed by Michael Bay. But then I was pleasantly surprised by the Transformers trilogy directed by Joss Whedon.
Due to the success of Batman and Robin, Gloomy Batman was a very brief fad and Campy Batman is considered the normal tone for the character. Batman Begins starring Will Farrell as Bruce Wayne is quite the experience.
This is definite proof that Sergio is not a mad scientist – mad scientists are not afraid of being corrupted by power, they look forward to it. It’s their goal in life.
Ooh, I would love a sequel to Highlander! I heard there was some script kicking around, something about aliens that didn’t respect the mythos (haha, my little joke) at all. Dodged a bullet there.
Ok, Highlander 2 was the wackiest of the lot, but 3 and Endgame didn’t make much sense either, and make no sense taken together [and apparently Highlander: The Source exists too?]. Those movies being grabbed from different universes is the only logical explanation.
Personally, I thought Season 9 of Star Trek was the best, with Tom Selleck as the fourth Captain Kirk. Too bad he was only on for one season … the fifth Kirk (Hulk Hogan) just didn’t do it for me.
I can kind of see both sides. I mean, the version of “Blake’s 7” that had a budget (and an apostrophe) was pretty good, but I still kind of missed the campy charm of the “Blakes 7” from this universe.
By order of President Cheney, project Second Gate is hereby reopened. You are to seach the other realities for a more viable heart transplant. The last on you obtained appears to have had about 15 heart attacks already.
What are these “movies” you all are talking about? Wasn’t that what that crackpot Edison tried to make? I much prefer TV shows, nothing like watching the warm glow of Teslavision…
Oh please, the glowing Teslavision screens are nothing compared to the wonderful digital yarn images on the Loom-o-vision. The screen refresh may be slow, but there’s nothing quite like a freshly knitted scene slowly scrolling in front of your eyes while the room-sized clacking analytical engine prepares the next set of punch cards to be loaded into the loom.
But what about the hilarity of “By Crackey, Missus Mackey”? My Mom loved the afternoon corn operas, and I couldn’t wait for Saturday night’s “Heinlein Theatre” and “The Gernsbeck Continuum.”
Season 22 of Mystery Science Theatre 3000 is pretty good. Dr. Laurance Erhardt killing Pearl and taking control of the experiment put the show back on track. Who knew that he spent all those years in the Amazon, trying to build doomsday machines out of twigs and tarantulas? Komodo vs. Cobra has to be the best episode of the season.
Our family were Gleeks then there was Becky, .she could have been our degahtur Sarah’s BFF .so we are still Gleeks but we are even bigger Becky fans.It was nice to see she had a date for Prom but if the writers (&sponsons) are smart they will recognize there are hundrends of thousounds of special families out there watching for Becky & friends. We are the MAINSTREME

I spot Artie on the DVD cover. Nice.
What am I missing? I just see a white guy (Big Pete?) with his arms raised.
That’s ARTIE, the strongest man IN THE WORLD, in signature…everything, including pose.
Besides, Big Pete’s a redhead.
And Artie’s black.

Sergio, how have the other seasons of Firefly been?
I think he liked season seven best, even though it’s the most controversial. I mean, exploding a planet? That’s totally Star Wars.
Season two with captain Jayne was at least amusing but he’s mostly glad season three with the gang rape and poisoned vagina never happened in this world
http://io9.com/5959794/the-firefly-episode-were-really-glad-joss-whedon-didnt-get-to-make
Wow. x_X
Jesus Christ, Whedon. That’s not consistent with cannon! Zoe said in the pilot Reavers would rape you *before* they ate you only if you were *lucky*.
Is this one of those times I’m missing the point?
In the name of every sci-fi show canceled by it’s tv network half way through it’s first season I would TOTALLY abuse this power, then post them on the Internet.
Heck, forget half-complete scifi, I’d use it to leak the alt-universe version of Global Frequency that wasn’t killed by overenthusiastic torrenters.
Brian Blessed as the Doctor. All I’m saying Sergio.
Why not Sergio as the Doctor? And I’d like to see what a main-stream star, say George Clooney, would do with the roll, as a lark.

Say what you like about Bay’s Avengers movies, but at least he had an English actress playing Mrs Peel.
This is definite proof that Sergio is not a mad scientist – mad scientists are not afraid of being corrupted by power, they look forward to it. It’s their goal in life.
More proof that many commentators herein are *not* as mad as they seem.
It’s not always greener on the other side of the brane.
Some universes have made a sequel to “The Matrix” and three prequels to the “Star Wars” trilogy.
And a sequel to Highlander, of all things.
Ooh, I would love a sequel to Highlander! I heard there was some script kicking around, something about aliens that didn’t respect the mythos (haha, my little joke) at all. Dodged a bullet there.

there IS no Highlander 2. It goes Straight to 3.
Similarly there IS NOT a Star Trek 5.
Universes that do not believe this are consumed by Dave’s Time Machine. Because Dave built it that way.
What about a third “Godfather” movie?
Personally, I thought Season 9 of Star Trek was the best, with Tom Selleck as the fourth Captain Kirk. Too bad he was only on for one season … the fifth Kirk (Hulk Hogan) just didn’t do it for me.

Maybe Shout Factory will put out a complete set someday.
The American Dr.Who with the episodes were the Doctor is played by Vincent Price is pretty decent.
What about those with Hugo Weaving and those with Brent Spiner?
Yeah, I especially liked the two stories where Peter Cushing played his predecessor.
I want to go to an alternative universe where “Now, That’s Music” isn’t up doesn’t exist.
Stanley Kubrick’s “Blade Runner” was pretty great, though I was a little disappointed by Tim Burton’s “A Clockwork Orange”.
But I thought Johnny Depp playing the lead in “A Clockwork Orange” was inspired.
*sigh* I long for that little reality where Hollywood actually produced Asimov’s Foundation series.

Could be not all nice. Maybe Season Twenty of “My Mother the Car.”

In *some* universes, they didn’t even use this script for the Harry potter movie…

MY EYES!
I’m honestly not sure if this is a terrible waste of this technology or the most noble use a human can put it to.
Is it possible for it to be both at the same time?

[To the tune of Hey Sandy by Polaris]
It’s mighty strange
You’re looking at a plant deranged
Could you get a shoot for me?
She needs it to cure her affliction
Hey Cypress!
Gonna bring you back!
Hey Cypress!
