Curses can be laid as traps for unknown future transgressors so I’d have to say “Yes”.
Curiously, the more we learn the more sensible traditional injunctions (such as not allowing spellcasters to acquire genetic material for use in targeting) seem.
It’s literally only been four days since the comic where Remy grumbled about the expectation of voodoo-curses perpetuated by pop culture, and yet here we are…
I don’t think Sweetheart’s comment in the last panel was in reference to her own frame of mind. I think her point was that the latest attack happened while Remy was trying to stop the spirits from raging, so whatever he’s doing isn’t working. I don’t sense any jealousy in her remarks (which itself is odd, considering how catty she’s been lately).
She said it in response to Unity telling her he let her hang out with him rather than stick to her duty, which left the two zombies alone to get attacked without witnesses. It’s her rage she’s talking about.
Does the Voodoo Yelp app have a banner that says “Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some business hours may have changed.”? I really don’t find that useful. Besides, can zombies be asymptomatic carriers of the coronavirus?
Well, at least some of them carry the Z-virus. Zombie Ben Franklin infected Claire with it…but that was through a kiss, so maybe the Z-virus is a social disease…
I’d have to check the recent reports, but I don’t think the coronavirus survives well outside a living host, so if you’re already dead, you’re immune. Which is why Skin Horse can get within six feet of the zombies.
If you dock someone on voodoo Yelp, can they curse you over the internets? Best do it anonymously, in any case.
Can curses transcend anonymity?

“I utter this curse addressing it at unknown number of implicated Does…” …hey if it works for legal…

Can Sweetheart tell the difference between “rage” and “jealousy?”
Unity disobeyed a direct order and shirked her duty. It’s probably both.

Of course, I could be wrong.

True, there’s that. But there’s also the fact that the latest attack happened while he was supposedly trying to stop the raging.
So she could be referring to both.

I suppose that depends if the undead house any bats or whatever lab animal SARS was ran through until it gained ACE2 affinity.
Spirits unraged, and I was left disarmed.
⭐ out of⭐⭐⭐⭐
No, it was Esteban that was disarmed.
Unity’s really cute in the first panel.
