Nah. We were referencing lines from Crocodile Dundee 2. Donk was one of Dundee’s mates from the pub. He was roughly the size of Cinder (and roughly as smart, too).
While a precog will always best a telepath, why would Panoptica need a panic button if she can mentally broadcast panic? Could her full-immersion VR be technology-based? If she can’t project that’s a significant limitation!
Given the nature of some of her teammates she’s probably built up a decent resistance to that. I don’t know that she would survive prolonged exposure to Goose Girl otherwise. >_>
Naaaah, it’s pretty but straight so probably thin. If she had curls maybe…..but then Tip can pull out Alice butt naked so maybe Panny puts it in the same place
There are always ways to make stuff stick, e.g. with adhesives or whatever. The question I was concerned with was just where there might be room to keep it…
Panoptica: “I’m capable of extracting every step of your plan out of your mind, but not of verifying if Skin Horse is telling the truth. And I’ve got a bridge to sell you.”
Bonk?
I was actually thinking “Donk”… as in “I don’t need a gun — I’ve got a Donk.”
“…A what?”
“DONK!”
I thought a Donk was old cars with the super large diameter wheels that some people think look cool.

“You wanna put a bangin’ donk on it?”
Wait.
The wrench is wrong. The original wrench had only one head, and the other end was just a rounded off handle.
He’s upgraded.
So she brought a gun to a wrench fight? o_O

Maybe she keeps it around for the purpose of distracting saboteurs.
My experience is that mind-reading telepaths generally are not projective telepaths and vice versa, with the rare exception who can do both.
You mean your experience in fiction reading, right, Clifton? _Please_ tell me you mean in fiction.
Eventually he’ll think something so illogically stupid it’ll stun her.

Where exactly does she conceal a gun in that unitard?
I thought it was in the desk.
Perhaps she’s psychically camouflaging it? She might be holding it, or be wearing a holster around her waist.
Hard to tell. Stand up, Panoptica, and let us see where you hide your gun.
Guns, like hammers, just happen
But that raises the question, If guns just happen, and she is not currently holding the gun, can she truly say she has it?
Or is she using Flat Space technology, like in Ultraviolet, and she really is carrying the gun, but has it concealed in another dimension?
Yeah, I’m pretty sure every single gun that has shown up in Narbonic or Skin Horse has appeared out of Hammerspace.
Apart from the contents of Madblood’s R&D lab, but that went *into* hammerspace, so I suppose it counts.
Not quite every gun. Let’s not forget about Alice.
Actually there seems to be plenty of room in her hair?
For the gun, that is. (Was supposed to be a reply to awgiedawgie)
Naaaah, it’s pretty but straight so probably thin. If she had curls maybe…..but then Tip can pull out Alice butt naked so maybe Panny puts it in the same place
Her hair is all glowy. Could it be a portal to a pocket dimension à la Lion in Steven Universe?
There are always ways to make stuff stick, e.g. with adhesives or whatever. The question I was concerned with was just where there might be room to keep it…
Marisa Mockery: Your choice of words suggests one option, but I can’t help thinking it would make the gun difficult to get at in a hurry.
Apparently, that place is “mallet space”… the same place Mell used to get her guns – and of course, mallets.
“What are you talking about? Hammers just happen.”
“Where do you keep that gun, Max?”
“I’ll tell you sometime, Sam, but you need to be sitting down first.”
I really want Jonas to win this one. Panny is absolutely insufferable.
Where has Tip been all this time?
He may be distracting supers by loosening his tie. If he’s feeling cruel, he may bring out the therapy puppets.
That last panel really illustrates how short poor Jonah is…
Yeah, seeing him together with Nera is something like Mutt and Jeff.
But does he have an axolotl?
Nah, he left those at Anasigma. It’s too expensive to keep them in charcoal for the flame breath.
Don’t bring a wrench to a gunfight, Jonah Yu.
Precog must win because he wouldn’t be there unless everything would work out right in the end
There’s a timeline somewhere where he and Nera are watching BoJack Horseman. Perhaps the only way back is through.
for someone who claims to have trouble actually reading minds, she’s doing quite a bit of mind reading.
She didn’t say she was having trouble reading minds. She just said that most of what she reads is useless information.
Did you guys stop updating on GoComics?
