Axolotl Sheet Music
Shaenon: Okay, this is really something. Quentin Long scored a song for the mutant axolotls in “Choose.” Remember the axolotls? By happy coincidence, “Choose” was the storyline that introduced Sergio, who’s now back in the comic.

Thank you, Quentin!
In other news, the Kickstarter for Skin Horse Volumes 9 & 10 is tantalizingly close to its next stretch goal, which requires me to draw a new season of my X-Files recap comic Monster of the Week. So spread the word!
Channing: This is really remarkable, and I feel like the silverfish would approve.
“…and Yu shall choose again, and again, and again…” Ha-ha, but it does remind me of “The Highwayman.”
There’s a typo on the last page – one instance of “again” is spelled “agian.” Apart from that one minor quibble, it looks interesting.
In a webcomic that really should be globally infamous for its filks, I think this maybe the best (and certainly the most in-depth) yet! Kudos.
Hallelujah! Hallelujah! I like it. It must be nice to collaborate with one of the real greats of choral music.
I’m sure Handel feels that way.
…..and well he *should.*
I was going to ask someone to turn it into a MIDI so I could convert it into an ABC so I could then play it in Lord of the Rings Online, then I realized it was the Hallelujah Chorus, plenty of MIDIs of that. Job half-done! Now I just have to figure out how to make machinema music videos, which I’ve been wanting to do for a long time.
…but is it a picture of Helen, scantily-clad, reclining upon a sedated ur-gerbil?
