Well, I can see all six things in the colorized version. Or think I can.
…the fork is a bit harder to see.
‘Twas the microscope that gave me trouble.
I still can’t make out the microscope. I presume it’s something to do with the misaligned rectangle behind Sweetheart’s head, and the curved lines emerging from her chef’s hat, but it won’t click.
You’re in the right area. Maybe it would help you to flip the image upside down.

Same here- it was the orientation that caught me out!
That and its large size. Well done I knew it had to be there but I couldnt make my eyes resolve it.
For anyone passing by who wants to try it:
The six items are: Apple, Fork, Mask, Microscope, Shopping cart, Steering wheel.
