Narbonic Reactorside Reader Cover
Shaenon: More not-quite-Skin-Horse news… The Narbonic Kickstarter has passed both its initial stretch goals! That means I’ll be printing The Narbonic Reactorside Reader, a collection of short comics and stories, and The Astonishing Excursions of Helen Narbon &Co., a Victorian Sunday serial people have been wanting me to collect since forever. Thank yinz so much! The Kickstarter is still running for the rest of the month, so keep spreading the word!
Oh, and this is the cover illustration for The Reactorside Reader. Ta-da!
Channing: We did it, Narbonic fans! Hooray for us!
Nice crack on the idea lightbulb.
Will there be an option to add on extra books? Because I have a friend who I’d like to gift copies of the Reader and Astonishing.
Oh man! I’d forgotten about the Evil Midnight Lurker what lurks at midnight! Thanks for reminding me of him. =D
If you mean the Tick character, he’s really the Evil Midnight Bomber what Bombs at Midnight. But I was just a little nervous about calling myself a Bomber on the internet, even twenty-five years ago, so I compromised.
Probably not as part of the Kickstarter, but the books will be available for sale afterward.
That works, thank you!
So, folks, what do you suppose we have to do to get Shaenon to restart Monster of the Week?
That could be a stretch goal if there’s interest.
Interest! Interest! Interest! Interest! Interest! Interest! Interest! Interest!
Awwww, Artie in his fuzzy form; he must be visiting. Uncle Artie! (Not that I mind his other shape or anything…..)
“But oh no, Mr. Neutron’s relatives are being horrible guests! They’re creating a runaway reaction!”
I upgraded my pledge so I can get just the bonus books! Thank you for adding that pledge level!
Congratulations! May I borrow twenty dollars?
I remember there being lots of support for Little Dave In Slumberland posters *hint hint*
I am unbelievably happy that I’m going to receive a copy of “The Astonishing Excursions of Helen Narbon & Co” (along with the rest, of course)!!!
D’aaaawwwwww
