Adventure Time: The Princess Megathalon
Shaenon: This month’s issue of the Adventure Time comic book from Boom Studios features “The Princess Megathalon,” a story written by me and drawn by ultimate hero of comics Roger Langridge. So, you know, go check that out.
Channing: It will surprise no one who knows me when I say that Engineer Princess 2 is obviously the best and now I want a whole series of her specifically.
You are mistaken, Mr. Wells. Engineer Princess 1 is obviously the best.
Also looks kind of like Marcie.
Nah, it’s Agatha Heterodyne wearing another disguise. 😉
Engineer Princesses should team up and then they can be the best together and we’ll all be happy.
This is clearly the best idea.
Engineer Princess 1 can build some awesome steampunk stuff and Engineer Princess 2 can drive it!
See, we’ve just put together some random ideas very carelessly, and I’m pretty sure I would read the resulting stories happily for years…
If he and the bubble moved, there might be a Brass Bikini princess there…
Princess phones are forgotten, then…
Channing, Engineer Princess 2 immediately reminded me of Aby from Kevin & Kell: http://www.kevinandkell.com/2016/kk1221.html
The unnamed one on the bottom right reminded me of an (also unnamed) character in a story from Oglaf*. http://oglaf.com/misbegats/

Ah, gotta respect the masters! Thanks for the link.
Who’s the mostly-hidden six-armed Princess on the right?
Handsome Princess, of course. ^_^
Ya know, I didn’t catch that until the next read-thru. Very nice. Reapectful applause.
Doc Octoprincess, of course!
I prefer Self-Rescuing Princess
How about Princess Who’s Quite Happy Where She Is, Thank You Very Much, And Wishes People Would Stop Trying To Rescue Her?
I’m thinking of Cimorene from the Enchanted Forest Chronicles, but I’m sure there must be others.
Such as Jonathan Coulton’s Princess Who Saved Herself, from the song of the same name!
The one the immediately comes to my mind is Robert Munsch’s Paper Bag Princess. A singularly independent soul, that one…
Merry Christmas, all.
To you as well!
As soon as I saw Screaming Princess I wondered, “What is Roger Langridge doing here?’ I must go out and purchase.
