Robin Tells Stories
Shaenon: Robin has started telling stories with his toys. Keychain Bear and Lego Cat go on a lot of adventures. Their team has recently been joined by a third member, Purple Pony.
Channing: I absolutely, unironically, and desperately want to visit the Museum of Cat.

“It a museum of cat”
“Moo”
That is inexplicably funny.
I have no idea what this comment almost required me to write this.

Any hypnotist since Milton Erickson knows that the mind never outgrows the need for stories, and as Daniel Kahneman details in his book “Thinking, Fast and Slow” our day to day perception of reality and most of our decisions are based on the need our minds have to make up stories. Go Robin.
What is that suitcase-like thing? Sorry, never seen one.
It’s his busy box.
>O.O< They make cat toys for two-legger kittens, nyaa? I am constantly amazed at human ingenuity. First can openers, then webcomics, and now this?
Wow, no wonder we kitties keep you humans as pets!
Want to visit the Museum of Cat?
It’s time for a trip to San Francisco….

Historian, you have given me yet another reason to go to San Francisco.
Or here http://www.felinehistoricalfoundation.org/museum.html
Since I’m half-cat, will they let me in for half price?
Talking already?
Using the word “museum” already?
Consider the parentage.
There may only be two people in the world who would have been able to tell Robin was saying “cat museum” there (and one was too busy drawing to remember how he pronounced it).
I hope Robin doesn’t try hugging a live cat. They can be kinda touchy.
Or “don’t-touchy,” actually.
No tikis? I thought he liked your tikis.
It’s adorable!
My three-year-old lives in a constant LARP which she narrates – in the third person, past tense. “‘ Let’s go to Pirate Island and have a picnic!’ said Pirate Izzy.”
Robin’s two already? Man, time goes by quickly.
Your son is an absolute master of storytelling.
