Gorgoth sketches, by Mike Lynch!
Channing: Hey, remember way back in the early days of “Grillo Parlante” when we first met Gorgoth the Dominator? Good times, right? Well, Mike Lynch is here to take you on a nostalgia trip with these concept sketches of our favorite produce-managing metal gorilla built for pain. It remains endlessly fascinating to me how character designs evolve as they travel through the creative process. Thanks again, Mike!
A little belated, but from the past week:
You think everything’s all fly.
You’re bleedin’ your hos dry.
Not a soul in your hood dares pry.
Yo’ homies stop anyone who tries.
Then I come in, no need to be sly,
Your lookouts look on in surprise.
Then a pop pop and that’s right:
All that’s left is for your family to cry.
Killa Whale, Driiive Byyy!
Killa Whale, Driving On By!
(gunshot)
The cops pretend they don’t see me.
They know they’d be canned
If they wrote up a cetacean.
Hoo-ray for the la-zy fuzz!
Killa Whale, Driiive Byyy!
Killa Whale, Driving On By!
(gunshot)
Now if you’re all wonder-un’
How I can drive and hold a gun,
Ask me that and I’ll ask you one:
If you see me and it ain’t for fun,
why have you not yet run?
I’m pretty bad at drawing apes, so this is very impressive to me.
The only apes I’d accept as non-fungible.
