It’s okay, I was coming to see if anyone had made this pun (before me) after seeing the comic on the RSS feed.
That opens the door for a book (pamphlet?) of the whole cast as nose art…
(I’ll give you Tip as ‘Queen of the Skies’ in hopes of seeing it done)

Army Air Corp, during WWII. US Air Force didn’t exist until 1947.
I know but Tip is ex-Air Force. An officer true, but he’s a nice guy anyway.
Except that’s not Tip, is it? It’s Dr. Lee and the whole joke flew so far over my head, it achieved suborbital flight. *crawls back into cave until much later tomorrow*
Please justify your AF claim for Tip’s background.
