Yes, this is confusing. I take it this is a separate story, but a little warning would be nice. For example, is this a comic we need to pay to read completely or what?
If you expect a certain level of flammability from a ship (say, based on experience), is it still *unexpectedly* flammable? Can one really rate how unexpected something is?
They clearly have anticipated a certain possibility of fire – that would be the “expected flammability” – in their ships, and apparently previous ships have turned out to be more flammable – “UNexpectedly flammable”. This ship, however, has not exceeded their flammability expectations as badly as any of the other ones have. Hence it is the “least unexpectedly flammable”.
Obviously, they need someone else designing the flame retardant properties of their fleet.
They usually have something different on Sundays, but then they also usually tell you what that different thing IS. It might be a story for one of the Couscous anthologies.
Ah! A bit ahead I found a link. http://jessehamm.com/2013/02/03/trash/
“Each Sunday at Skin Horse, cartoonist Shaenon Garrity has been serializing pages from a graphic novel called TRASH that she and I pitched awhile back. Shaenon wrote it and I provided the art (and the tiny lettering — please excuse the ad hoc “pitch samples” font!). The publisher who first requested the pitch had acquired a too-similar property while we were putting this together, so we had to shelve it — which is a shame, because it was fun to draw and full of heart and good humor. And space opera!”
I think there are only about five pages completed.
huh?

“Least unexpectedly flammable ship” Dosant mean much

Perhaps people already exspected this ship to be flammable.
