She’s such a screamer!
A ring-tailed lemur
Has just landed on her head!
He’s got a mushroom
On which he can chew!
He’s got a message
For all of the crew!
So, what is happ’nin’?
It’s from the Captain,
So please tell us what it said!
Don’t cry or scream, or
A ring-tailed lemur
Might do something on your head!
Hmm, I could nit-pick and say that lemurs don’t have prehensile tails (Joey the Lemur in that MST3K “King Dinosaur” was actually a kinkajou) but then again lemurs don’t talk (well, save for the “philosophical lemurs” of “First and Last Men” by Stapledon). But we shall assume “Pag” is a little bit enhanced. And adorable. 🙂
Is there any way you guys could include links to the previous pages of the preview in the comments? I’m interested in the story, but can’t follow it from week to week without review, and flipping back through all the Skin Horse in between takes an irritatingly long time on my elderly laptop.
At the top right corner of the comments section is a selection box. If you select “Railway Children”, you get a page with thumbnails of all the strips in this arc, Sundays included. Then you can scroll to the Trash strips and click on them individually. There does not appear to be a separate category for Trash, but this will let you get to the strips quickly.

Yeah, IIRC, he’s an alien who merely happens to look like a lemur.

Is it odd that my first thought was “What’s ‘meffaj’ Esperanto for?” and my second was “Zaboomafoo!”?
