The Mothership has arrived!
Now the Parliament album starts in my head. Could be worse.
So this funky mothership is associated with Berenice? Or did her funkbots (e.g. Sweet Daddy) independently create this vessel?
“We’re coming for you”! Right? Right?!

If any song should be the theme for this strip, . . .
Well, there’s our “Cocoon” moment. [Rant about gaping plot holes in the movie redacted].
I predict Tony and Mercutio are alive and well, assisting Pavane in the evacuation to Lovetron.
Lol Renard took that in stride.
Well, it’s not like this is the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to him.
This month.
No, #12, that spaceship is on this earth. It’s just not of this earth.
Also, knowing the situations you two have gotten into and out of, I doubt this will be all that helpful anyway.
It’s floating above this earth.
It’s within the planet’s Hill sphere; that’s good enough for me.
By that definition, all the Earth’s satellites are “on this earth”. Including, I think, the Moon.
With mad science, what makes you think it can’t be of this earth?
It can’t possibly be of this earth. As yesterday’s comic made clear, Tigerlily Jones is busy saving Seattle. http://skin-horse.com/comic/todays-comic-331/
She’s hardly the only mad scientist out there.
I’m not sure Seattle would agree that they are being saved. On the other hand 95%+ of the human population can’t see her army of robots.
Renard has just got to stop making those, whatchamacallit, ironic statements? ‘Cause when others do it here, it causes trouble for someone else—his bounce right back on him. Eleven so far since this storyline came along, by my count.
Renard is the crown prince of foreshadowing.
“Okay, then. I don’t believe that this is already over, and I’m already sleeping in a penthouse suite on five-thousand-thread-count sheets”
(waits thirty seconds)
(looks around)
“Darn it. Worth a try. C’mon #12, let’s go meet E.T.”
