It’s right there in the Annex One health and safety briefing for April: “Do not fondle other people’s internal organs. Why do I even have to say this?”
as far as I can tell the hands are consistent with the last page, and her hands being different in a dream is fine continuity wise. The question I have is when the last “real” page was, April 4th is the latest I think makes sense, because time is implied to pass between then and the next page, and her hands change between pages there. The arms seem to be opposite of what they were on that page though.
So the “Eep!” word bubble doesn’t have two tails, meaning only one person said it, but I can’t make up my mind which of the two is the better assumption.
While they can be infected by humans, they are poor hosts for the virus as it is unable to replicate well enough for them to shed much at all. Therefore there have been no recorded return transmissions to humans from dogs, cats, or zombies.
Humans from zombies yes. Zombies among each other? Doesn’t seem like a problem. So they won’t be able to have allies lurch with them but they can lurch for themselves.
Yeah, the situation in today’s strip does give a nice possible “overheard dialogue” context to Virginia’s second & third panel text in yesterday’s strip.
Wow, she actually cares about Dr. Lee now.
Heartwarming. But to be fair she has always reserved the privilege for herself.
Well, of course. You don’t want anybody else’s hands on your heart. It’s unhygienic if they don’t wash first.

Curiouser and curiouser…
Unity was woken up by Dr. Lee saying, “I’m coming for you.” I’m not seeing a mystery here.
Well, there is that mysterious morphing right hand…
It’s got to be hell trying to avoid coloring mistakes on a character whose body parts get changed on a regular basis.

When she woke up from her dream in yesterday’s strip, her right hand was dark and her left hand was light. Now they’re reversed.
I am ashamed of myself that it took me most of the day to get this.
I think, like Clark Kent becoming Superman, Dr. Lee is unrecognizable to Unity without her glasses.
It may be more a matter of once an idea gets lodged in her head, mere new facts will have an uphill battle to dislodge it.
I’m going to have to second this theory.
That sounds like most of the people in the world.

I would bet on Ginny. Nick would likely be more ‘colorful’.
Given what Nick and Dr. Lee have been doing lately, and given that Dr. Lee is kind of Unity’s mother, that would make Nick a…well, you know.
A feather maker?
A melon farmer?
It’s good to see that Nick and Dr. Lee have moved their extracurricular activities to a real bed.
The bed’s just for sleeping. But “things happen”.
Nick, in the bedroom, with a painting of a sunrise.
I was thinking the lamp. Looks to be one of those heavy, porcelain ones, might even be a Tiffany’s.
It’s night time – I think it’s a picture of a sunset.
Are the cabins on the Habakkuk that well decorated? Or are they ashore?
I was thinking they were on Key West, so on the East Coast a painting would be more likely be of a sunrise than a sunset.
And the one no one else has asked. Who’s Unity talking to? Everyone else in Annex One? Or the fourth wall? (maybe the fourth panel is a clue.)
She’s shouting over her shoulder through the open door, to whomever is outside Nick and Virginia’s bedroom.
“Lurch for the Cure 2016.” I suppose they can’t do it this year ’cause of social distancing…
They could still do it (unless they have a “stay at home” order), as long as they maintain a six-foot distance between each of the zombies.
While they can be infected by humans, they are poor hosts for the virus as it is unable to replicate well enough for them to shed much at all. Therefore there have been no recorded return transmissions to humans from dogs, cats, or zombies.
That said, social distancing from zombies is still generally considered a good idea, last I checked.

“I wasn’t talking to *you*, Unity. Sheesh, can’t a girl have some privacy?”
Clifton for the win!

Seconded! I would never have made the connection!
By the bicycle…Unity’s shirt tag is sticking up.
Makes me wonder if this is actually the inside of her “DEAD RIGHTS” shirt. They’re almost the same green colour.
